Returns & Exchanges
At Qissah Khel, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our artisanal abayas and festive kaftans. Because our pieces are often limited edition and feature delicate hand-work, we have established the following policy to ensure the highest standards of quality.
1. Our Return Policy
- Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all Qissah Khel tags attached.
- Exclusions: Items showing signs of wear, perfume scents, or makeup stains will not be accepted.
2. Artisanal & Hand-Worked Items
Please note that many of our pieces feature natural linen and hand-sorted embellishments. Slight variations in natural linen texture are marks of authenticity. Returns of embellished items will undergo a strict quality inspection.
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size adjustments only, subject to stock availability. To switch to a different design, please initiate a return and place a new order.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email our team at hello@qissahkhel.com with your Order Number.
- Once approved, you will receive shipping instructions.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except for damaged items.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Damaged Items
If your order arrives with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a priority replacement.
